Our founder, Sid, had a challenge for years before he figured out with the doctor’s help that he was sensitive to gluten. 

That is when Sid thought of starting a quick-service fast food spot that would serve a 100% gluten-free menu. Not only a gluten-free menu but also a nut-free menu that tastes yummy. There a options make items Dairy Free as well.

We have over thousands of happy customers and we only started in October 2024 with our flagship location at 2461 Lakeshore blvd. W, by the lake.
